
Doing Good to the Enemy
A man in Medina deeply hated Imam Musa al-Kadhim (PBUH) and often insulted him publicly. Instead of retaliating, the Imam approached him kindly, compensating him generously for imagined damages. The man was astonished by the Imam’s compassion, repented, and later praised him, declaring, “Allah knows best with whom to place His leadership.”
