In the holy Quran, Allah (SWT)\ndescribes the holy prophet of Islam (PBUH&HP) as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNor does he\nspeak out of [his own] desire, it is just a revelation that is revealed [to\nhim]\u201d1<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Based on the holy prophet\u2019s speech and\nbehavior regarding Fatima (PBUH), it can be clearly inferred that his fondness\ntowards his daughter is further than a father\u2019s love to his daughter. This love\nis a result of her piety, actions and behavior. Although, the prophet\n(PBUH&HP) had other children, none of them were described as \u201cpart of my\nbody\u201d, \u201cmy soul between my sides\u201d or \u201cthe most beloved person to me\u201d. It is\nobvious that the prophet\u2019s (PBUH&HP) intention was to reveal her great\nvirtues and status. He also wanted to announce her as the symbol and the role\nmodel for the Muslim society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This great love was not either out of\nsympathy. Some may believe that the prophet (PBUH&HP) expressed such a love\nto his daughter, because she had lost her mother when she was very young and\nher father tried to soothe her feelings. However, this love increased every\nday, even after she got married and had children herself. There was no change\nabout his love towards Fatima (PBUH) until the very last moment of his life.\nWhen he was leaving this world, Fatima (PBUH) was the only woman whom the holy\nprophet (PBUH&HP) talked to privately and told her some secrets. Aisha\nsaid: \u201cWhenever Fatima came to visit, the prophet would stand up, hug and kiss\nher and seat her in his own place.\u201d Aisha asked him about the reason and he\nsaid:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cO Aisha,\nWhenever I miss the paradise, I kiss Fatima`s throat.\u201d2<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Aisha has also narrated: \u201cNo one was\nmore desirable than Ali to the prophet amongst men and he loved no women more\nthan Fatima.\u201d3<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She also said: \u201cWhenever the prophet\nwanted to travel, Fatima was the last one whom he said farewell to and when he\ncame back, she was the first one he used to visit.\u201d4<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We have variety of narrations\nregarding her incredible status, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAnyone bothers Fatima,\nbothers me; anyone makes her angry, infuriates me; anyone makes her happy,\npleases me and anyone saddens her, makes me unhappy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In another narration referenced by Ibn\nShahrashub, from Qadhi Abu Mohammad Karkhi, from Imam Sadiq (PBUH) has narrated\nfrom lady Fatima (PBUH) that when this verse of Quran \u201cDo not consider the\nApostle\u2019s summons amongst you to be like your summoning one another.\u201d5 was\nrevealed, Muslims were ordered not to call the prophet (PBUH&HP) by his\nname. They were commanded to call him by titles like \u201cO\u2019 the messenger of\nAllah\u201d or \u201cO\u2019 the prophet\u201d. Fatima (PBUH) said: \u201cI did not dare to call him\n\u201cDear father\u201d after this command of Allah. When I went to visit him I said \u201cO\u2019\nthe messenger of Allah\u201d a few times when I wanted to call him; I realized that\nhe got disappointed and told me:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cO\u2019 Fatima, this verse is\nnot related to you, your family and your progeny, since you are from me and I\nam from you. This verse is about cruel and fierce people of Quraysh, the ones\nwho are boastful and arrogant. You call me \u201cfather\u201d as old time, since this\ntitle revives my heart and makes Allah more pleased.\u201d6<\/p>\n\n\n\n
