Indeed, it is a difficult day. A day when no one cares for anyone else…<\/p>\n

When speaking of the Day of Judgment, the Qur’an describes it as a day that will be harsh and grievous for the inhabitants of both the earth and the heavens[1]. It is a day when a person will flee even from their brother, mother, and father[2]. “It is a day when no one will be able to help another” [3]. A day when regret will dominate[4], and all transactions and relationships will be of no benefit.[5]<\/p>\n

Now, the important question is: What provision will provide relief and ease for humans during this overwhelming time?<\/p>\n

Imam Ali ibn Musa Reza (peace be upon him), in a clear statement, describes one of the factors of salvation and deliverance on the Day of Judgment:<\/p>\n

“Whoever facilitates ease for a believer, helping them find relief from sorrow, hardship, and difficulty, Allah will provide ease and relief for them on the Day of Judgment.”[6]<\/p>\n

Therefore, if, in these challenging times, we think of one another and, following the advice of Imam Reza (peace be upon him), work to ease each other’s troubles, we can expect relief and ease on the Day of Judgment, which will be one of the most difficult moments in our afterlife.<\/p>\n
