He had travelled a long way and suffered a lot to reach his destination; because he was walking barefoot. His shoes were worn out, his feet were cracked, and his heels were split. When he reached Medina, he directly went to see Imam Baqir\u00a0(PBUH).<\/p><p>As soon as he met with the Imam\u00a0(PBUH), he thanked Allah\u00a0(SWT)\u00a0for achieving his goal. When Imam Baqir\u00a0(PBUH)\u00a0noticed his inured feet, he asked the man,\u201d What is this?\u201d<\/p><p>The man replied,\u201d O son of the Messenger of Allah! I have travelled along way. O swear to Allah\u00a0(SWT)\u00a0that nothing made me leave my hometown but my love for you, the Ahl al-Bait\u00a0(PBUT)\u201d.<\/p><p>Imam Baqir\u00a0(PBUH)\u00a0responded to the man from Khurasan by saying,\u201d Glad tidings to you! I swear to Allah\u00a0(SWT)\u00a0that you will be\u00a0<strong>resurrected with us<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p><p>The man asked in shock,\u201d O son of the Messenger of Allah! With you?\u201d<\/p><p>Imam Baqir\u00a0(PBUH)\u00a0replied,\u201d Yes! No one loves us (the Ahl al-Bait\u00a0(PBUT)) except that Allah\u00a0(SWT)\u00a0will resurrect him with us. Is religion anything other than\u00a0<strong>love<\/strong>? Allah\u00a0(SWT)\u00a0has said,\u201d Say: If you love Allah, then follow me (the Messenger of Allah), so that Allah will love you (too)<sup>\u00a0<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/sup>\u201d\u201d<sup>\u00a0<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p><p>Indeed the fact that everyone will be resurrected with whatever he loves has been emphasized in many narrations. For example, it is narrated in a\u00a0<em>Hadith<\/em>\u00a0that if a person loves a piece of rock, he will be resurrected with it on the Day of Judgment<sup>\u00a0<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p><p>Based on these sayings, it is evident that human choses and shapes his life and destiny himself; in other words, human is not like natural objects. Whatever is in the nature is as it was created, and has no choice. But human beings are as\u00a0<strong>they want to be<\/strong>.
