The entire period of the short life of Lady Fatimah\u00a0(PBUH)\u00a0after the demise of her father\u00a0(PBUH&HP)\u00a0was spent in confronting the ruling government and\u00a0opposing\u00a0their hostile actions. During this period, Lady Fatimah\u00a0(PBUH)\u00a0used every means she had for this purpose. Whenever possible, she expressed her objection, and if the condition was suitable she delivered\u00a0sermons; one day she publicly\u00a0declared\u00a0her\u00a0opposition, and the other day she refused to meet with the rulers; eventually, her will was not to allow the rulers to participate in her funeral or pray on her body. Finally, by ordering to be buried secretly (and hiding her grave), she engrave an eternal sign of\u00a0illegitimacy\u00a0on the government.<\/p>

On one of the last days of the life of Lady Fatimah\u00a0(PBUH), she sent Umm Ayman after Amir al-Mu\u2019minin\u00a0(PBUH). When Amir al-Mu\u2019minin\u00a0(PBUH)\u00a0got to the bed of Lady Fatimah\u00a0(PBUH), she said to him, \u201dO my cousin! I have been informed that my death is near, and I may join my father any moment. So I want to express whatever is in my heart, and tell you my will\u201d.<\/p>

Amir al-Mu\u2019minin\u00a0(PBUH)\u00a0replied, \u201dAnything you will\u201d. Then he sat close to the head of Lady Fatimah\u00a0(PBUH)\u00a0and ordered everyone else to leave the room. Then, Lady Fatimah\u00a0(PBUH)\u00a0started talking and said, \u201dO my cousin! You never found me lying or betraying in life, and I have never opposed you!\u201d<\/p>

Amir al-Mu\u2019minin\u00a0(PBUH)\u00a0said, \u201dI seek refuge with Allah (SWT)! You are more God-knowing, righteous, pious, and God-fearing than I can attribute any unfaithfulness to you or blame you or blame you for disobeying me!\u201d Then he continued, \u201dLosing you will be extremely intense and difficult on me. But what can I do; this is an event which does not have a solution. I swear to Allah (SWT) that by leaving me, you will renew the\u00a0tragedy\u00a0of\u00a0losing the Messenger of Allah\u00a0(PBUH&HP)\u00a0for me. Indeed, losing you will be very intense on me. \u201cTo Allah we belong, and to Him we shall return\u201d, this tragedy is extremely immense and painful. This is a tragedy that does not have a consolation or remedy\u201d.<\/p>

Then they both cried for a while. After that Amir al-Mu\u2019minin\u00a0(PBUH)\u00a0said, \u201dSay whatever wills you have. I will do whatever you order me, and I will prefer your wishes over mine\u201d.<\/p>

At this moment, Lady Fatimah\u00a0(PBUH)\u00a0said,\u201d May Allah (SWT) reward you\u201d. Then she said her wills, including matters regarding her funeral and coffin. After that, she said<\/p>

After that, she said,\u201d My will to you is that\u00a0do not let those who oppressed me and usurped my rights to participate in my funeral. They are my enemies and the enemies of the Messenger of Allah\u00a0(PBUH&HP). Do not let anyone of them or their friends pray on my body!\u201d Then she added,\u201d Perform my funeral\u00a0at night\u00a0when people are asleep\u201d .[1]<\/a>[2]<\/a><\/p>

And this will was the last link of Lady Fatimah\u2019s\u00a0(PBUH)\u00a0chain of opposition against that situation. She made similar wills in different forms and occasions; however, the main point of all was opposition against\u00a0the government of the Caliphs. This was the last arrow Lady Fatimah\u00a0(PBUH)\u00a0had, and she threw it at the end of her life. The difference between this link and the rest was that it became eternal, and it turned to a cause of shame for the history.<\/p>

[2]<\/a> Fortunately, the first-class documents of the school of caliphs confirm this part of the will, and they have given this confirmation in different words. For example, Tabari, Imam of the historians of the Caliphate school, writes: \u201cThe Prophet\u2019s daughter turned away from Abu Bakr in anger and never spoke to him, until she heard his death.\u201d Then Tabari adds: \u201cAli buried him at night and did not inform Abu Bakr about this incident.\u201d (Tabari, volume 3, page 208, published by Abolfazl Ibrahim \u2013 Ansab al-Ashraf, volume 1, page 405, published by Muhammad Hamidullah)<\/p>

Also, Bukhari, the imam of the scholars of the caliphate school, also narrates: \u201cAbu Bakr did not accept to give anything from the Prophet\u2019s inheritance to Fatimah, because of this, Fatimah became angry with Abu Bakr and avoided him violently and did not speak to him again until died And when he died, Ali prayed over him and buried him at night, and he did not inform Abu Bakr of this incident in any way.\u201d Volume 3, page 1380, hadith 1759, published by Muhammad Fouad Abd al-Baqi) these quotes are in fact a historical record of the act of the Prophet\u2019s (peace be upon him) daughter\u2019s will.<\/p>
